Customers should contact us before ordering if driveway length, turns, trees, wires, slopes, or tight spaces may affect placement.

Surface and Access Requirements

Soft soil, steep grades, mud, snow, ice, gravel failure, narrow roads, tight turns, low wires, weak driveways, or blocked access may prevent delivery. Delivery drivers may refuse unsafe or inaccessible placement.

Remote Area Surcharges

Remote, rural, restricted-access, island, mountain, limited-route, or long-distance locations may require extra freight charges. These will be explained in the delivery details when applicable.

Taxes and Permits

Taxes may apply based on the order and location. Permits, zoning, HOA approval, landlord permission, local placement rules, and property authorization are the customer’s responsibility.

Special Placement Limitations

Exact placement is not guaranteed if the driver determines the requested drop location is unsafe or unreachable. Crane service, special equipment, or site-specific handling is not included unless confirmed in writing.

If the Site Is Not Accessible

The carrier may place the container in the nearest safe accessible location, reschedule, return the unit, or stop delivery. Additional costs may be charged when failed delivery results from customer-provided site conditions or inaccurate information.
